We work exclusively on the basis of the German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions – ADSp of 2017<\/b>. Section 23 of these limit the statutory liability for damage to goods in accordance with Section 431 HGB in the amount of 8.33 SDR\/kg per claim or per loss event to 1 million or 2 million euros or 2 SDR\/kg, whichever is higher, and in the case of multimodal transport including sea transport generally to 2 SDR\/kg. In addition, it is agreed that Section 27 ADSp does not extend the liability of the freight forwarder or the attribution of fault of persons and other third parties in favour of the principal in deviation from statutory provisions such as Section 507 HGB, Art. 25 M\u00dc, Art. 36 CIM, Art. 20, 21 CMNI, the freight forwarder as carrier in the cases listed in Section 512 para. 2 No. HGB and the freight forwarder as carrier within the meaning of the CMNI is not liable for nautical negligence, fire on board or defects of the vessel under the conditions specified in Art. 25 para. 2 CMNI. Sea\/air freight: Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Deadlines are based on the information provided by shipping or air freight companies. We accept no liability, particularly in the case of events during transport that are unforeseeable, beyond our control or for which we are not responsible, and the place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is Hamburg. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
