We regard our customer as an individual, a unique personality; every order is our challenge – and flexibility is the key to “making the impossible, possible”. Understanding and passion are the motors that drive us to be professional and reliable!
My co-workers maintain a very personal relationship with the customers and remain in personal contact beyond the mere order. This might be considered a luxury in a time when customers are often known only by their order number. However, it is our personal service that has made a global name for this independent Hamburg company.
Also responsible for this are our local contacts, be they in Scandinavia, Central, Southern and Eastern Europe, Central Asia or Southern and Western Africa. I also want to mention our success in order completion, our local knowledge and our know-how after many years of moving nearly all freight goods, even hazardous material.
As someone who loves Africa, I have been engaged in several African charitable organizations for many years. Furthermore, through private and professional relationships, the Handelskontor Westafrika has found a solid customer base for its imported goods.
